🚚 Delivery Commitment
We offer Pan India delivery within 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location and logistics availability.
📌 1. Eligible Cases for Return / Replacement / Refund
You may request a return, replacement, or refund under the following conditions:
🔹 1. Wrong Product Delivered
If you receive a product different from what you ordered, you are eligible for a replacement or full refund.
🔹 2. Damaged / Torn / Leaked Package
If the product is delivered in a damaged, torn, or compromised condition, please report it immediately.
👉 The issue must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery with proper proof.
🔹 3. Product Not Dispatched
If your order is confirmed but not dispatched within the promised timeframe, you may request:
- Order cancellation
- Full refund
🔹 4. Missing Items (if applicable)
If any item is missing from your order, please notify us within the reporting window.
📩 2. How to Report an Issue
To initiate a return or refund request, customers must:
✔️ Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery
✔️ Provide clear photos/videos of the issue
✔️ Share order details (name, number, invoice if available)

👉 Requests without proper proof may not be accepted.
🚫 3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Conditions
Due to the nature of food products, returns or refunds will NOT be accepted in the following cases:
- Product has been opened, used, or consumed
- Seal or packaging has been tampered with by the customer
- Product has been stored improperly after delivery
- Complaint is raised after 48 hours of delivery
- Change of mind or personal preference
👉 Once opened, the product is considered non-returnable for hygiene and food safety reasons.
🔁 4. Replacement Policy
- Approved cases will be eligible for replacement of the product
- Replacement will be shipped without additional charges
- Delivery timeline for replacement may vary (typically 3–7 days)
💰 5. Refund Policy
If a refund is approved:
- The refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Amount will be credited via:
- Original payment method
- Or any mutually agreed method
👉 In case of COD orders, refund may be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
❌ 6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed
👉 For cancellation requests, contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email.
📦 7. Return Shipping (if applicable)
- In approved cases, we may:
- Arrange pickup
- Or request the customer to ship the product back
- Return shipping responsibility will be communicated case-by-case.
