1. About Tosha Store

Tosha Store is operated by Dev Naturals and offers Tosha branded food products, including:

  • Tosha Regular Makhana
  • Tosha Premium Makhana
  • Tosha Jumbo Makhana

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, quantities, prices and other information displayed on the website are accurate.

However, minor variations in product appearance, colour, texture or packaging may occur and do not necessarily indicate a product defect.

When you place an order, you are making a request to purchase the selected products at the displayed price and according to the applicable terms.

An order may be cancelled or declined in exceptional circumstances, including:

  • Product unavailability
  • Incorrect pricing or product information caused by a technical or system error
  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity
  • Other operational circumstances that prevent fulfilment

Where payment has already been received for an order that Tosha Store cannot fulfil, an applicable refund will be initiated.

The price applicable to an order will generally be the price displayed at the time the order is successfully placed, subject to obvious technical, pricing or system errors.

Applicable offers, discounts and free-shipping conditions may vary by product and will be displayed on the relevant product or checkout page.

5. Payment

Tosha Store currently accepts online payments through the payment options made available on the website.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.

6. Shipping

Orders are generally delivered within 3–7 business days.

Shipping and delivery are subject to the conditions described in our Shipping Policy.

7. Cancellation, Returns and Refunds

Order cancellation, returns, replacement and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers should review that policy before placing an order.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are also responsible for following appropriate storage and handling instructions provided with the product after delivery.

Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to the website or orders shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts having jurisdiction in Delhi NCR.
